Burroughs Linden home

Floyd Sullivan, 2017

700 Linden Avenue, Oak Park

Burroughs lived there with his family from 1917-1918, shortly before he left permanently for California. It was the last home Burroughs owned, though he did briefly rent a place at 325 N. Oak Park Ave. after that. The Historical Society of Oak Park and River Forest placed a plaque at this residence in 1999.
