121 North Cross St.
Paul Teodo will join us for dinner and discussion of his 2017 novel Pastaman, which takes place on Chicago's South Side circa the 1960s. The novel involves racial strife, political corruption, and changing social values. This author event will raise funds to support some of the Chicago Literary Hall of Fame's other (mostly free) programming in 2020, including two Fuller Award and an induction ceremonies, as well as a series of youth writing workshops. For a modest $30 registration fee, guests will share in an Italian dinner, snacks, dessert, and drink. We'll engage in a discussion with Paul about the book. Registration is required. Email or call (773.414.2603) Don Evans to secure your place. The book is not included in registration fee. Order online, or else contact Don Evans to arrage payment and delivery of your copy.
