CLHOF Founder and Executive Director Donald G. Evans leads a roundtable discussion about the state of the publishing industry, with authors Charles Fiore and TBD (her pseudonym). All participants are accomplished writers whose experiences run the gambit between big, mainstream publishers to small, independent publishers, and everything in between. Each has self-published outstanding works of fiction. Charles has self-published the outstanding The Last Great American Magic. TBD is currently serializing her wonderful historical novel, Roseland, Chicago: 1972. We will discuss the trials and tribulations of self-publishing, including how overcome the bias against self-published work.
This event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
